We had a carpenter ant problem in April/early May and called your business for an inspection and treatment.

Arden Gallaway met with us and inspected our house and immediately found the source of our problem and applied a treatment.  To this day we have been rid of these ants!

Arden first of all, was very professional and informed us in a very knowledgeable manner of our ant infestation, etc.  He was very thorough in his work and at all times very courteous.  He stopped by shortly after the treatment to see how things were and again he came by a few weeks later.  I had mentioned that we had lots of sow bugs coming into our attached garage and he offered to do another quick perimeter treatment, which helped get rid of these bugs as well.

Arden did a great job for us and I would recommend him and your company to anyone asking me for help or advice regarding ant/bugs etc.

It was a pleasure to meet Arden and we appreciate his good work.

Thank-you for the awesome service! We’ve had a mice problem in our house for a few months (apparently we are not alone!) and after trying to deal with it without success, I decided to call the professionals.  Con and Norm have helped us in the past with mice and ants and once again they came to the rescue.  Norm arrived a few hours after I called him and was able to give me lots of helpful advice on dealing with the problem.  With his fancy camera he was able to pinpoint the spot where the little critters are getting in.

Matt was our professional, friendly and knowledgeable technician.  He did a careful spray of the dwellings and outbuildings and minded our many pets as he did so.  The effect of coverage is still clearly with us.  He also did 10 patches of thatching ants in our yard.  They were huge piles that had been growing their colonies for some time.  Almost all died off the first round but there were a couple stubborn ones that remained.  Matt, when called was prompt to return and re-do those nests in a cheerful and cooperative manner.  Cranbrook Pest Control was a good call!

Dear Mr. Murphy:

 

We have just had a wasp nest eradicated by your technician, Darren Willford.  It was a very difficult job in that the nest was in the attic and under the insulation.

 

Darren was able to locate the next with his thermal imaging device, followed by spraying and gassing the wasp entrance to the attic.  He returned today to check for any activity using his thermal imaging device.

 

Darren explained everything that he did in detail and was very polite and courteous.  We are very pleased with the outcome and the service provided by Darren and Cranbrook Pest Control.  We will not hesitate to recommend your services to others.

Job Well Done

Greetings,

 

I am just writing to say how satisfied I am with your service.  Bob came to my cabin in June 2015 and performed the remedy for ants, as well as installing some bait stations for other critters.   In August and October of 2015, there were still no ants.  And in May 2016, the same..  This is fabulous!  I am glad I signed up for the initial service and the extended coverage.  It has been worth it.  Only wish I did it sooner!

To whom it may concern (owner/operator),

 

Over the last six months, we have had the displeasure of contending with a bee/wasp problem in a rental unit we own in Invermere. Our tenant has an allergy therefore it has been important to us to do everything we could to deal with the issue.

 

We called your company last fall and Norm Dean was given the task to scope out the property, find the problem and resolve it. From the first conversation we had he instilled confidence in us that he would use all the means at his disposal to get rid of the insects. It has not been an easy job.

 

Since we live in Kelowna, Norm has had to manage the tenants without us. He is observant, determined, helpful and has always made time to answer our questions. We really appreciate that consistently he has shown up when he said he would.
