I discovered a good sized wasp nest in our hot tub storage bin. We had 7 grands with us and the oldest was 9 and the wasps were swarming. I called Cranbrook Pest as we subscribe to their yearly service. Gord came over within the hour and took care of our problem. I started doing a semi-annual service about 10 years ago after quite extensive ant and wasp infestations and have been pest free since – always a prompt and very thorough job. I do very few reviews, but they earned this one. Since our last review, we have moved to a new house and have continued with a twice-yearly contract and had our first service here very recently – again both thorough and friendly service – good stuff!!

I have been using Cranbrook Pest Control for about 3 years. Having a trailer on some land outside Cranbrook we continually were fighting the mice getting into our trailer, I filled all holes put out traps but they still kept getting in. Since bringing them in we. Have been rodent free, so nice to show up without having to clean mouse crap up and disinfect everything in the trailer.

We had a carpenter ant problem in April/early May and called your business for an inspection and treatment.

Arden Gallaway met with us and inspected our house and immediately found the source of our problem and applied a treatment.  To this day we have been rid of these ants!

Arden first of all, was very professional and informed us in a very knowledgeable manner of our ant infestation, etc.  He was very thorough in his work and at all times very courteous.  He stopped by shortly after the treatment to see how things were and again he came by a few weeks later.  I had mentioned that we had lots of sow bugs coming into our attached garage and he offered to do another quick perimeter treatment, which helped get rid of these bugs as well.

Arden did a great job for us and I would recommend him and your company to anyone asking me for help or advice regarding ant/bugs etc.

It was a pleasure to meet Arden and we appreciate his good work.

Thank-you for the awesome service! We’ve had a mice problem in our house for a few months (apparently we are not alone!) and after trying to deal with it without success, I decided to call the professionals.  Con and Norm have helped us in the past with mice and ants and once again they came to the rescue.  Norm arrived a few hours after I called him and was able to give me lots of helpful advice on dealing with the problem.  With his fancy camera he was able to pinpoint the spot where the little critters are getting in.
